How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved to your profile. To amend it, log in to your account and edit the address.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
How can I track my orders and payment?
After logging into your Lori Morris account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History
Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?
Unfortunately not – once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled.
How do you ship my orders?
All ‘Home Decor’ orders are shipped via FEDEX. Furniture and carpets are white-glove products shipped via hand delivery. The local delivery agent will call you to schedule a delivery appointment: Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
